COERR Kanchanaburi Organized Dialogue with Youth on New Normal Lifestyle and Vaccine for Covid-19

On April 25, and 26, 2022, COERR Kanchanaburi organized two Dialogues with Youth about new normal lifestyle and Covid-19 vaccine in Ban Tham Hin Temporary Shelter, Ratchaburi Province.

On April 25, there were 57 youths of 42 females and 15 males participating in the discussion about a new normal lifestyle amidst the economic and social changes caused by the crisis such as COVID-19 pandemic.

à¹‚COERR deemed it necessary to provide knowledge about new normal lifestyle to adapt to the current Covid-19 situation. COERR also supported the changing of human behaviour and activities for immunity protection such as limiting person-to-person contact, as well as maintaining social distancing, etc.

On April 26, 2022, another Dialogue was held in which 46 children and youth participated to learn about vaccination and immune system response after vaccination. Vaccines triggered immune response to recognize and fight disease-causing organisms such as virus or bacteria. This created a 'memory' in the immune system. The immune memory allow the body to 'remember' a specific virus or bacterium, so that it can protect itself against this virus or bacterium and prevent disease that it causes.
